The above mentioned puppy has been sold to the above purchaser as a _____________________ for the price of ______________$. The breeder have this puppy veterinary checked and it is in good health at the time of sale. The required vaccinations and worming are as indicated on the health record provide (buyer is to complete the set of inoculations). It has been tattooed and registered with the Canadian Kennel Club using breeder prefix “Elsa” ( CKC registration papers are sent out to the purchaser as soon as they are processed).
The puppy must be given a complete physical examination by the buyer’s own veterinarian within a fourteen days period at the buyer’s expense if replacement or refund is to apply. After 14 days, the breeder will no way be responsible of any diseases, injury to bones to joints, nutritional neglect, internal or external parasites.
The buyer will provide the necessary requirements for the puppy: good nutrition, annual veterinary check-ups, protective inoculations and boosters and other vet care as required.
This puppy is covered by a lifetime guarantee to be free of any crippling hereditary/congenital defects that would render it functionally unsound. Crippling being defined for these purposes as the inability to function as a good pet and companion. This condition must be verified by a practicing veterinary Doctor. To be confirmed by seller vet.

In the unlikely event that the puppy is diagnosed with a debilitating hereditary/congenital defect, and the following conditions are met, the breeder will replace the puppy from a subsequent litter if the puppy’s condition is such that euthanasia is recommended and proof of euthanasia is supplied to the breeder.

It is understood that replacement will commence with the return of the dog with registration papers. Replacement is of equal value, subject to availability and is completely at breeder discretion. Shipping and vet bills incurred by purchaser are not included.
No guarantee is made as to conformation, size or color.
The buyer agrees that the above mentioned puppy will not be used for wholesaling puppies, sold to pet shops or puppy mills.
This guarantee is void if the dog has been bred before 18 months or resold.
The buyer and the breeder have read the conditions of the sale, and understand and agree to all conditions, as indicated by their signatures bellows. Both parties have retained a copy of this contract for their records.
